Hi there, I'm Jen, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (#114905). I'm so happy you found your way here. I have a background in community mental health and have worked with people of all ages from various backgrounds. Reaching out for therapy can often come at a time of heightened stress and when our own light feels dimmed, I'm here to help relieve some of that stress in a safe and comfortable environment.
